Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, it can be hard to know where to turn. My counseling style is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped your story and work toward building a life rooted in self-understanding, resilience, and peace.
I believe the best approach to therapy is both humanistic and evidence-based. As someone who has been sober for five years and served as a first responder for fourteen, I understand the toll that chronic stress, trauma exposure, and emotional fatigue can take on the mind and body. My work is deeply informed by that experience, and I specialize in helping first responders, veterans, and trauma survivors process what they’ve been through and find strength in their recovery journey. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and honesty, helping you rediscover hope and meaning as you move toward healing and personal growth.
No matter what you’re struggling with—anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief, or relationship challenges—I want to help you live a more fulfilled and meaningful life. Together, we can build practical tools, emotional awareness, and lasting change so that your story becomes one of resilience, growth, and renewal. You don’t have to face it alone—healing is possible, and it starts with a single step.
